Yuri Premerlani graduated with distinction from ISAD (Instituto Superiore D’Architettura e Design) in Milan in 1993. During his period of studyng, he was responsible for Projects (Design and Planning) within the family Interior Furnishing Business. His excellent technique and the quality of his presentation was evident in his perspective sketches produced when associated with the STUDIO KUCHEL in St Moritz, where he was involved in the ‘LAY-OUT’ of a range of different projects, among them the villa in LA GORCE ISLAND at MIAMI. In 1999 he moved to New York to work at DAVID LING’S STUDIO, a company of international renown in the architecture field: whilst there he became involved in a variety of projects, and linked with ALBERTA FERRETTI’s shop in TOKYO. He returned from New York in 2000 establishing his studio for interior architectural design, his “OFFICINE CREATIVE” in Chiavenna. Since June 2002 he has been responsible for the column ‘Progetti & Posta’ in the magazine ‘GIOIA CASA’. In November 2003 he opened his second studio “OFFICINE CREATIVE” in Milan, in the Navigli district. His work has appeared in the most respected magazines in his field.
