Al civico 17 di via Savona ho aperto il mio studio!!!
I passanti all’inizio non capivano che cos’era “una casa, un negozio, uno studio…!?” Due mesi passati a scavare, tagliare, pitturare… e i passanti “ma questo che fa!? una casa, un negozio, uno studio… una roulotte!?” Mi piace la definizione di roulotte… e aggiungo “senza ruote” 17+4… 21 mq su 2 livelli…e “c’è tutto” così dicono i passanti: ingresso, guardaroba, cucinotto, bagno con doccia, tavolo rotondo, scrivania aerea (un banco da falegname dove disegno), divanetto, scala, libreria e anche il letto. In vetrina c’è un leggio da musicista dove ogni giorno posiziono un progetto… “un progetto al giorno”. Dentro lo spazio è bianco, di mattoni pitturati di bianco. Il soffitto è bianco, di legno pitturato di bianco. Il pavimento è bianco, di legno pitturato di bianco. Il cucinotto è… no azzurro. Uno spazio creativo nato da l’istinto, dalla passione… uno spazio in trasparente divenire dove le idee prendono forma.
THE OFFICINE CREATIVE STUDIO: A CARAVAN WITHOUT WHEELS CIVIC 17
At the number 17 of via Savona I have opened my own studio!!! At the real beginning all the people walking by couldn’t understand if it was a house, a store, a studio!? Two months spent digging, cutting, and painting… and the people walking by kept on asking themselves ‘what is this guy doing? Is he building a house, a store, a studio… a caravan!?’ I like the caravan idea… And I add to it… ‘without wheels’ 17+4… 21 mq divided on two levels… But like the all people walking by say ‘nothing is missing’. There is an entrance, a wardrobe, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a round table, a desk (an old carpenter’s working desk) on which I draw, a sofa, a stair, a bookshelf and a bed!!! In the store window there is a music stand on which I position a new project everyday…“a project per day”. The space is white, the bricks are painted white, the ceiling is white, the floor is white, the wood is white, and the kitchen is… no… not white, but light blue!!! It is a creative space which originated from an instinct, from passion… a space where the ideas get their form.
